Some historic buildings such as the three stories pagoda on the hill are lit up by the floodlights. And the traditional instruments concert is held under the fantastic moon light at the open space in front of the Rinshunkaku to use one of the rooms as the stage. Rinshunkaku was the old summer house for the one of Tokugawa Shogun’s family.
